The Brain Regeneration Observatory is free for everyone — patients, caregivers, clinicians, and researchers. There are no paywalls, no ads, and no commercial sponsors. That independence is by design, but it depends on the generosity of people like you.

Your donation helps cover the costs of running the platform: server infrastructure, AI processing, data harvesting, and the ongoing development of GregoryAI — the open-source engine behind the observatory.
